The China Strategic Emerging Industry Magazine was established in September 2013 by China Economic Herald, the press, which is also in charged by the National Development and Reform Commission. It is the only magazine in China focus on the report and analysis regarding the strategic emerging industries such as high-end manufacture、bio-medicine、new materials、information communication technology、energy saving and environment protection、new energy、new energy vehicle and so on. The General Counsel of the magazine includes the former Vice Premier、the former vice chairman of CPPCC National Committee、the vice chairman of the Eleventh NPC Standing Committee、the vice chairman of National Development and Reform Commission、the former vice chairman of National Energy Administration、the deputy minister of Science and Technology Ministry、deputy minister of Industry and Information Technology Ministry、the deputy minister of Environmental Protection Ministry、the deputy minister of Agriculture Ministry、the vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences、the vice chairman of Health and Family Planning Commission and other government、industries association、 and academic officials.
